Our vision: to offer an internship or training course that will enable you to grow professionally in another country. Talent knows no borders, and open-mindedness comes from a diversity of experiences and cultural exchanges.
Tailor-made training
Our two programs allow students to choose the one that best suits their profile.
The Orange academy program combines theoretical courses on hotel management, gastronomy and Dutch culture with practical internships in some of the country's most prestigious hotels and restaurants. Each student is supervised by experienced professionals who pass on not only their technical skills, but also their work ethic and the values of excellence.
The Erasmus program allows you to improve your English and add new experience to your resume. The difference is that there are no courses and the internship is between 3 and 12 months.
A former trainee
Laura an Italian girl from Puglia arrived in Maastricht, a city in the Netherlands, with a mediocre level of English and few hotel skills, but she was able to integrate quickly thanks to the constant support of The Orange Acadamdy and her peers. After an exceptional internship in a hotel, she was hired as a receptionist, and is now one of the hotel's managers.
