The Programs offer the opportunity to gain international work experience in Europe, funded by the Erasmus+ program. Interns can benefit from a fully paid internship abroad, with all travel and accommodation costs covered.

The Orange Academy provides interns with free housing in a shared student community called The Orange Academy Apartments. This is a great way to meet other interns from all over the world and make new friends. The student communities are also located in convenient and central locations, close to public transportation and other amenities.

Each intern is assigned a personal coach who will provide them with support and guidance throughout the internship. The coach will help the intern to set goals, develop their skills, and overcome any challenges they may face. The sessions are one on one with each intern scheduled online and face to face. We believe that support is an integral part of a successful internship.

The Programs are designed to help interns gain valuable and competitive global skills. They will learn how to work in a multicultural environment, develop their problem-solving and communication skills, and gain experience in their chosen field. Interns will also have the opportunity to improve their English language skills, which is a valuable asset in the global job market.
